The views were wonderful. the very big beds, minibar, central heating, and electronic key card in the room were perfect. the location near C Beach was amazing. the area was calm and close to Palais De Festival and Cannes' shopping district.

Friendly,helpful staff.Good,central quiet location.Good buffet breakfast-good value if included;otherwise expensive.There were a number of problems-telephone in room not working,air conditioning not on etc.but were rectified by staff after two requests.

I loved staying in this intimate small hotel. The breakfast was satisfactory with a great view.- The double room I stayed in was good-sized with ample bathroom space.

Comfortable stay, as always. Perfect place, very clean beds, hospitable staff. Amazing, unbeatable location short walk to Prada shop, the bustling old cannes and the beautiful sea front, and which was ideal. Also, very close to the shopping area. Satisfactory breakfast, with a good choice of food.

It was central to the shopping in Cannes.

The double room was no more than a box room. At best it should have no more than a single bed in it. It was not possible to fully open the window as the bed was in the way.The twin rooms were slightly better but not much. It would be a good idea if Booked.net published the size of the room at the point of booking. I would not have stayed at this hotel had I known in advance just how small the rooms were. No individual aircon controls as a result it was hard to sleep in the room. On one morning at c.0800 we were awakened by the sound of kango hammers digging up the street outside. I asked at the reception if they had smaller rooms and they said they had. So it could have been even worse!

The staff were amazingly nice and accommodating. The services were first-class.- I had a good breakfast with the view.- It was in a marvelous location a short walk from La Belle Epoque.

A double room with a very confortable extra-large bed has basic facilities you need.

The location of the hotel is amazing, right next to numerous restaurants and cafes. the rooms are clean and modern, offering excellent views. the service provided by the hotel is terrific, making our experience very comfortable.

Air con did not work in the room. Wi-fi did not work either.

This modern accommodation has a wonderful location right next to the beach and train station.

Friendly & helpful front desk staff; excellent location close to railway station, beach, shops, restaurants; good value breakfast by French standards where breakfasts usually rather meagre compared to other countries; comfortable bed, quiet room.

Residual smell of smoke in room but bearable; only one small, slow lift.

The staff where very helpful and made the stay that little bit better.
